This page records major spec changes so older claims do not keep drifting through the docs.
v0.3: IA & online hardening
Section titled “v0.3: IA & online hardening”- Aligned the spec to v0.3 (the design system was already v0.3).
- Added a glossary fixing the council naming taxonomy (local role council · local multi-model council · online frontier council).
- Made hardware/tiers the single source of truth for tier specs; other pages link rather than restate (anti-drift).
- Wide doc tables now scroll on narrow viewports; full mobile pass on the site.
- Documented the future local wireless distribution (v0.6) with an explicit “internet-off LAN, not air-gapped” boundary.
- Added a real
LICENSE(Apache-2.0) + manufacturing notes. - Opened an explorations research track (browser-side WebGPU inference, a self-hosting board, a compute-sharing relay) after a four-voice council with web research. Kept fenced from the core, with corrected figures (e.g. there is no “Llama 3.3 8B”; Llama 3.3 is 70B) and honest caveats.
