Council changelog

This page records major spec changes so older claims do not keep drifting through the docs.

  • Aligned the spec to v0.3 (the design system was already v0.3).
  • Added a glossary fixing the council naming taxonomy (local role council · local multi-model council · online frontier council).
  • Made hardware/tiers the single source of truth for tier specs; other pages link rather than restate (anti-drift).
  • Wide doc tables now scroll on narrow viewports; full mobile pass on the site.
  • Documented the future local wireless distribution (v0.6) with an explicit “internet-off LAN, not air-gapped” boundary.
  • Added a real LICENSE (Apache-2.0) + manufacturing notes.
  • Opened an explorations research track (browser-side WebGPU inference, a self-hosting board, a compute-sharing relay) after a four-voice council with web research. Kept fenced from the core, with corrected figures (e.g. there is no “Llama 3.3 8B”; Llama 3.3 is 70B) and honest caveats.

Result of the project’s own 3-stage council (Tech-Architect · Product-Strategist · Devil’s Advocate).
